Your Postpartum Wellness Journey

  • Intro Chat

    A warm, no-pressure 20-minute conversation to understand where you are in your motherhood journey and how we might work together.

  • Session 1

    Share your story in your own words and explore what thriving postpartum life looks like for you. You'll complete a comprehensive assessment after this session to help us identify your specific needs.

  • Session 2

    We'll review your assessment results together, discuss tailored options for addressing your unique physical and emotional needs, and gauge your confidence and readiness for positive change.

  • Session 3

    Explore your values, strengths, and perceived barriers while determining your preferred accountability style. We'll either create a plan for you to move forward independently or discuss a customized coaching journey.

Continued Support
After your Foundation sessions, continue with tailored support through additional sessions focused on:

  • Implementing your wellness plan

  • Navigating physical healing milestones

  • Processing your birth story and its impact

  • Building sustainable energy management practices

  • Creating a new identity integration

  • Establishing boundaries that honor your well-being

Follow Up Single Session: $95/each
